Marini's what have you done to the pizzas? Ordered x2 pizzas & you've only gone & put the toppings under the cheese the way most Indian takeaways do. Ordered a cheese & x3 ham pizza & cheese, x2 spicy chicken & onion pizza & both arrived looking like plain cheese pizzas. A few months ago whoever was making your pizzas was doing an absolutely outstanding job with the toppings on top of the pizzas & the presentation of them absolutely spot on. Last night the presentation & taste because the toppings were covered over by cheese was poor. Please go back to actually putting the toppings on top of your pizzas. Hoping last night was a one off or an off night.

Great food fast delivery

Very impressed with the service. I ordered a can of juice which wasn't delivered with my meal but I decided not contact them because it was just a can of juice. But the delivery driver came back 10 minutes later with the can which I really appreciated. Without even being contacted, the driver came back to deliver the drink. I thought it was great service and I appreciated it.

Ordered a King Rib, I don't know what it was but it was not a king rib. More like a hamburger dipped in batter.

Ordered food and after an hour it hadn't been delivered, website said it had been, phoned the shop, they claimed to know nothing about my delivery, couldn't check the order no, they agreed to send out a fresh order, it arrived 10 mins later and was stone cold. I'm guessing it was my original delivery.

Definite decline in quality here - Fish spongy and chips slightly better but like rubber. Used to be a regular customer here but never again. Phone call made to shop re the above was received very casually by the manager.

Ordered for 6pm, was delivered at 5.10 I know early better than late but what’s the point of putting a time you would like your food!

Tried Haggis but really disappointed in its taste and batter (which makes the taste) and would not order again. We buy about, at least 2 Large fish suppers per week and will continue to do so cos of quality. Sorry Marini but you asked for unbiased comments.

chips where of poor quality more small ends which were hard to eat fish was a bit dry ordered again to see if it was a one off but next time was the same i got these on the £4.99 deal even so it still wasn’t worth it
